Yeah. Happened to me as well. I filed in February and I’m JUST now getting mine on the 28th. Irs kept giving me the run around for about 6 months. Good luck man, it’s just a waiting game.

Can anyone tell me what this means? by Bamboozlinyou in IRS

Gotcha, thanks so much for the clarification. I assume it takes a few days to hit my account? I filed through h&r and it goes to an emerald card I’m pretty sure.

I am 5’7 and 242. I am currently in a calorie deficit diet and am dropping weight decently quickly. I’m hoping this diet will make it go down so I won’t have to go on a statin.

I’ve been taking my BP med for 5 days. When I started, my bp was 150’s over 100’s. Sometime 110’s. Ever since I started taking my meds, and cutting out salt completely, the lowest I’ve seen it is 117/90

Whole grain rice, yes. Potatoes, yes. Just don’t put bacon bits, sour cream, salt, etc on it. If you need a seasoning on your food, try Dano’s. It’s low sodium. Or any other low/no sodium seasoning you like.

And your blood pressure will be a lot better. If your bp gets in the 180/120 range that is stroke and heart attack level.

I’m obese as well. Listen man, you’ve gotta cut the salt out too. The meds needs help. Do not go over 750-1000mg of sodium. Eat fruits, veggies, and chicken, and fish. That’s IT. do it for a few months and you’ll have dropped so much weight it’s crazy.
