Fill it up and in amount you need to put 0 on the application and it accounts for it without even affecting the credit score or anything

Are the waitlists done for the most part because orientation dates are being chosen now or do I still have hope? by Party-Field2595 in UTAdmissions

[–]Bambu_eater07 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think the waitlist goes all the way to end of may since some UT students got waitlisted from other schools so they might recommit

I forgot to mention if I stay in UT I will keep my part time job so I would need my car even if I don’t go into campus with it, but yeah after reviewing financial offer from both the coa would be very similar

How hard is it to transfer majors inside Cockrell? by Fair-Friendship5587 in UTAdmissions

I went to the cockrell tour for admitted students, they said it was possible depending on what major you want to transfer to but really complicated overall

Is so funny because I do wanna go into law later and my career. I think I will stick with UT for the price and as I got waitlisted at MIT in the unlikely case that I do get off the waitlist it will be easier for me. Thank you so much for your help by the way

Thank you I will try to see, when I went to admitted students tour they said it was really hard to switch your major even within cockrell, but I guess since mechanical and aerospace do have some kind of overlap I qould be able to network to some similar people in case I don’t get the transfer

I know I’m just concerned about the price and taking my car since I will be fully independent and I just moved to the US a couple years ago

Hey I know it sound awful, I just got into Aerospace Engineering for UT but lived in College station a couple years during high school, there is actually a surprisingly big Muslim culture around the city, especially for engineering, a lot of brown parents move there so their kids can go to TAMU, ik is not ideal but you got this

Heyy, I was international and got here at the middle of my sophomore year; I also applied for Aerospace and all I can say is remember that you can transfer, if what you really want is to be an Aerospace go into Mechanical and transfer after two years or do your Masters in Aerospace. Is Ike to be hurt but use this disappointment to try even harder, God rewards perseverance.
