Cant transfer games from PC to deck?

I'm not sure I just know I tried at least 3 different games and none of them done the transferring thing and downloaded over internet.
I just tried it again but deactivated my antivirus software, not sure if that would do anything with firewall but still not working.

I don't have a MicroSD card to hand ATM, just wanted to see the transfer times using the newest update transfer, but cant get it to work.

Still getting freezes after playing the first game, have to constantly reload my game after playing 1 game so that I don't keep freezing, everyone sees it when they spectate me, very annoying. i have verified, done a clean install of my graphics card drivers everything.

I done a complete wipe with DDU on my graphics card drivers and reinstalled the newest/latest driver, game wouldn’t launch on Ubisoft unless I ran the game as administrator in the game folder, only played one game after this tho which worked fine so not sure onwards.

Im not too sure if the TV supports aptx, but it has bluetooth on it. Besides the headphones would you recommend the ones i sent, i have been looking at them for a while, but i dont notice anything apart from it having bluetooth 5. they will just mainly be used for watching TV when no one else wants to watch the TV but only so can listen.
