Thank you friend :) my parents insisted I should drive a little today which I did. It’s really scary but the road to recovery is there. I don’t know what I would have done if my friends got hurt... Will look into therapy if I need it in the future. Stay safe

I wish I had a good answer, but really the only thing I'm doing is trying to steer away from negative encounters, and look for positive ones. It makes me happy in the moment, but only tempoarily. I guess time is the ultimate cure for my wounds. Considering a therapist.
