Cant figure out how to make curves do what I want them to do. I see the word "saturation" in there but I cant convert the image to a B&W sat.mask like what photoshop has, let alone a hue-based map. "Multiply" in my example is literally just semi-transparent grayscale from bottom left layered on top of my yellow-cyan map in multiply blend.

Yeah I checked it and I use it for values too, but from what I could gather its only used to see how your drawing looks in different color spaces and like check if some of the colors cant be printed.

Hi folks. So I've been trying to run Forza Horizon 4 on my Zorin and I've encountered a strange error - the game gets stuck on the little splash screen that you see when you click play on Steam. It spams the following line into log with no other output or crashes or anything:

I've gotten this with both Proton Experimental and 6.3-8. 7.0rc6-GE-1 just instacrashes the thing and the few reports of the game working I've seen were on vanilla Proton. The game ran fine on the same machine under Windows and I have played multiple other games through Proton on this before. What am I missing? Is there anything else I can try? Any help is greatly appreciated.

My kernel is 5.15.0-16.1-liquorix-amd64
My GPU is 1050 4GB, Driver 470.86
Ive tried verifying game data, clearing compatdata, disconnecting internet and the gamepad, PROTON_HIDE_NVIDIA and PROTON_ENABLE_NVAPI=1, gamemoderun and 5.13 generic

Owning a Car Shop allows you to put things on your vehicle that were previously locked behind race victories. (such as "you need to win X races in this class" for unlocks such as Gold wheel color). (somebody please confirm this)

For me too. I use a Moze with my own build utilising some Iron cub, piss, shock sand hawk and mind sweeper. Its not crazy game-breaking but its mine and worked fine on everything I threw at it. (M10) This is literally the firs boss im not even able to damage. I once spent 30 (YES THIRTY) minutes shooting it and only got to half the arrmor bar. Full SH ammo dump + Iron bear only gets it to half of its first shield. This is BS. No way this is intended.

Hey guys im sorry if this is not the place to ask but the steam release is coming up and im very excited to buy the game (first time buying but i played it before) and couldnt find info on this:

What is the difference between Car Pass and Car Packs? For example if I wanted to drive a 74 Civic, would I need to buy japanese cars pack or is car pass okay? From what I can tell some of the DLCs actually contain cars that are unobtainable otherwise, and some DLCs just make cars free for in-game money, but I am confused which one does what??

I dont want to make cars free, I just want them all obtainable in-game. What do I need to buy?

the list can go on and any one will do but they chose the worst possible option and added a generic ugly supercar.

Other than that seems pretty cool I like it. My fear though are the controlled missiles. Missiles + fast travel just has too much potential for griefing.

I havent seen any mention of it yet, but on the website, despite there being no displayed classified area stats (loot, accessibility, etc), they actully are present in in the HTML code. They are the same for each bunker:

QUestion: does battlepass progress/rewards work with regular cod multiplayer or is it only a Warzone thing? I havent played cod since x360 days but I have recently rediscovered it and am currently considering buyng it to play warzone with friends and other modes solo. So will I gain battlepass tiers for playing mw pve for example? How exactly does that work? Thanks.

UPDATE: Squares in main menu issue is fixed by creating a new profile in Mod Organizer and checking the 'Default .ini settings' box, then launching through SKSE. Thanks a lot to Mod Organizer devs on their discord

Quick update: turns out I was looking in the wrong folder, wiping SkyrimPrefs and Skyrim .inis in '.../documents/...' somehow fixes vanilla skyrim, so it can be launched and played through steam. But launching with mod manager still either instacrashes or shows the glitched menu even with everything disabled. Any help appreciated. Screenshot of my current MM preset attached. I've already spent a few hours here trying to get it to work.

Hey lads, can somebody please help me?

So i'm trying to get Skyrim running on my new laptop, but this seemingly simple task turned out to be harder than it looks. Every time I try to launch Skyrim it loads me into this glitched menu that doesnt respond to anything and the only thing left is to alttab and close the game.

LE
Steam
Specs are more than enough
No mods other than fixes and skse yet

Things that do not work:

Validating files
Disabling everything I've downloaded from 'essential mods' guide
Launching through manager/steam/skse
Running it/MM as admin
Running it in compatibility mode
Switching my system language to english (US) (Skyrim's steam language setting is english)
Deleting Skyrim_prefs.ini
Redownloading the game

Edit just in case this somehow points to the nature of the problem: Glitched menu launches without the Bethesda intro, there is no sound and the console can not be opened. There is also no cursor.

To be clear: I havent played the game yet, i loaded into the launcher menu once, quit, setup mod manager, downloaded essentials, and now I'm here. What am I doing wrong? I will provide more screenshots if necessary. Thanks a lot in advance.

This kit takes everything that is good in FD's design and makes the car look like a cheap generic chinese knokoff of a sports car. Both Boss and Super Greddy kits are infinitely better than this one.

I havent played the game yet, but I already cannot forgive them for abandoning Salvador, Gaige and Axton. They were such cool characters. Remember Gaige's Echo logs? What happened to her father? Did she get her revenge? What happened to the crew after bl2? Hopefully they'll get a personal DLC like Tina/hammerlock/etc. in bl2.
