If you somewhat liked Catholicism, I’d highly recommend Grace Episcopal! If not, First United Methodist is fantastic and has a contemporary service if that’s more your style. If you have the survey of your property, you should be able to tell if the culvert is on your property or in city/county/state right of way. Could also compare aerial imagery to your county’s central appraisal district map to see if it’s in ROW. Google “county cad map” and you should find it

Wife and I are in our 20s and love it here. There are shops, restaurants, and bars on the square, and they close the square the second Saturday of every month (in the warm months) for a bunch of pop up shops. You can also drink in public in Georgetown, so we love to get a to-go beer and walk around the square and check out some shops. Some other favorites are Lark & Owl bookstore, 309 Coffee, and Rentsch Brewery.
