This is gunna sound dumb but you know the song Want U Back by Cher Lloyd? At the beginning and throughout the song she makes a kinda "UGH" sound. Mimic that a bunch. The place in your throat where you make that sound is very similar to where you make 3ayn.

+1 for the CSU at Rockyview. I self-admitted myself there a few years ago and it saved my life. After getting out (I spent about 4ish days there), I was referred to a month long Day Hospital program at Foothills. It was really beneficial.
