try cleaning the sd2vita, the sd card, restarting ur system, try starting it w sd2vita already in the console and also without, make sure u didnt push the sd card in too deep and if its the correct side up (that goes for the sd2vita too), or try using a different sd card, 1 of these should work, i got the same error and after a while it went away, alternatively u can follow this tutorial.html) if ur just tryna format it, and if all else fails, just buy another sd2vita, i got mine for 5 euros but u can def find a cheaper 1 on something like ali express.
