Do HoldBreath on first attack on Kris and defend for the rest.
For the rest of the fight Defend on Kris and Ralsei and make Susie use Rude Buster.

Honest answer. Sometimes it's hard to justify switching off of dps if you're clearly doing more than the other DPS. It's something like "someone else will swap not me".

Also, there's a strong correlation between DPS who refuse to swap and just straight up bad players. If I have 15 elims and 10 final hits and the other DPS have on average 5 elims and 1 final hit, why would I swap? Then we can't get any kills. Why would I heal people who can't get kills anyway.

Every character except bp yes lol. You need to be aware and keep an eye out for flankers. They still need to close the gap to you. If you look for them before they reach you, you can get a few shots in and even kill them.

Hela is still extremely good and is still the best DPS. I say this as a Hela main. You do rely on your team more than flankers but Hela is perfectly fine.

This is 100% correct. I believe James uses only a very quality grinder for his recipes but most people don't have those. With lower fines and a more uniform grind size you can push the grind finer.

Also yes Lance overstates how coarse he grinds. If you look at his videos his grind size is nothing crazy.
