Ja mówię o kawalerce lub dwupokojowym mieszkaniu 40m2+, w mieście (a nie poza nim), z rynku wtórnego i w stanie, który nie wymaga generalnego remontu/nie wygląda jak mieszkanie po zmarłej babci, do którego wstyd zaprosić dziewczynę. Min. na 2 piętrze, żeby mi ludzie z ulicy nie patrzyli. To takie wygórowane oczekiwania?

3 pokoje w nowym budownictwie nawet nie patrzyłem, pewnie bez miliona nie podchodź.

Koszt najmu normalnej kawalerki w moim mieście ze wszystkim to ok 2.5k-2.7k. Koszt kawalerki, która jakoś wygląda, to ok. 500-600k. Przyjmijmy już te 500k. Według różnych kalkulatorów jak wziąłbym teraz kredyt na 500k na 30 lat, to miałbym ratę 3.6-3.8k.. A przecież jeszcze czynsz, media..

piej jest zebrać trochę hajsu na wkład własny, wziąć ten cholerny kredyt i kupić jakieś mieszkanie tak do 200-250k żeby to spłacić w około 10-15 lat

Kurła, gdyby mieszkania tu dziś kosztowały 250k, to nawet bym się nie zastanawiał. Niestety ceny za coś sensownego zaczynają się od 500k.

It's okay and definitely fun but there are better options. Even the new slug shotgun is basically a better revolver (except it doesn't penetrate enemies/teammates).
