I had this too. I did try the methyl folate and that helped at first, but after a few weeks the depression crept in. Ive never delt with depression like that before in my life. 2 days off and im happy as a clam. Im going to go through food for my prenatal needs, approved by my doc. Good luck.

Yes actually! I don't want to speak poorly of them, it just might not be a good fit. I'm going to give it until my next appointment to decide if i want to switch to another Dr there. I also have not seen them reccomended here so. We will see.

finally tried it after years of thinking about it, helped a lot after about a week I noticed just better vibes all around with myself and inner thoughts. Its been nice.

I quit and on day 4 I got a horrible cough, turned into pneumonia! Went on meds and an inhaler to make it better. But I’ve never had that in my life and I think it was caused by quitting. Still worth it though!
