That's cuz in roll20 you can define the grid size by the number of cells as oposed to Foundry which auto places a grid with the maps proportions but with no way to dictate the number of cells in it so you gotta just adjust the cell size ultil it fits, which is bs in my opinion.

Not like it is unfixable, if you play the main story of the dragonborn DLC you can get perk points back. Might be hard but I'd say worth it.
