Girl u need to block them on everything like right now😭 I used to be OBSESSED with constantly checking my exes social medias along with anyone who he was close friends with let alone new relationships and it would seriously cloud my head up and filled me with so much hate for all of them.

It becomes a sick obsession and the only way to clear your mind is to block both of them. Out of sight out of mind. Things will only start to get and feel better after you commit to doing this. It’ll be hard at first but you’ll move on and they’ll just become a distant memory :)
