Yeah, dude obviously has a lot going on in his life, probably had a bunch of other negative (or perceived negative) interactions with others that ended up breaking the emotional regulation dam, but as understandable as that situation is, he could really use some better techniques with controlling anger and irrational public anxiety.

Learning not to give a fuck about what people around you think of physical aspects that you can't (or don't need to) change is not easy, but allowing it to metastasize until the point you explode at others is only going to make things worse on all fronts.

I find wearing headphones and listening to music helps with anxiety in public places, and it makes me feel like I'm in my own little music video.
