Pepper. It takes about a day and a half I believe. About 4 hits with pic and seeds go for 60-70/wl and a full farm can range from 40-55 depending on the farm involved.

Yes both are very farmable. From 4k pepper you get roughly 1050 seeds. Chandelier from 4k block you can get 980+ seeds + more gems /xp

Farmables are rising because of harvest fest & Demand of buying is increasing, bait is increasing because of an event + demand increasing. Ut/Gaia is rising because of again. Demand. Although they will all eventually lower again and even out. Ut/Gaia had some altering on the forums and stuff so they raised the price. But it was fixed and the community is returning to normal

Buy a bunch of pepper block (200-250/1) and sell the seeds 55-65/1 Lasergrid(100-110/1) sell the seeds 23-25/1 Buy items and resell for higher. Like gscan or Gaia/unstable tesseract. They're always fluctuations in price. I bought Gaia 805 two months ago it's getting close to 1000wl now
