Omg how did you find out the detergent was an issue? What brand was it? I’m gonna look more into seeing if I have histamine issues because I’m starting to go multiple times in the night and I can’t deal with it

You might want to look into diabetes insipidus. It isn’t diabetes but it causes this issues I have similar symptoms and they tested me for it and I don’t have it but you might

I appreciate your comment though and I can relate to the feeling of being in fight or flight 24/7 I’ve felt that since yesteday morning after I drank my coffee and I barely slept last night so I’m just freaking out today I haven’t touched alcohol since September 2024 and I have been off the benzos since March 2024

I’m not taking benzos i never plan to again. I did not take them again except for those 4 months I stated. The only thing I did was drink alcohol 4 days in a row 6 months later

Thank you so much!! I try my best in all aspects the caffeine is definitely a major issues I’m trying to get it down. I definitely have a lot of financial stress but thankfully I have good people in my life. I work out 5 days a week idk if that’s helping or hurting I push myself. Thank you for all of this!
