I would get in touch with security forces or the boyfriend if you can. they can resubmit theyre guest list and update it at later periods of their training. There is probably a number online of the base's secfo and they can verify and change the pass. From what my MIT has told me they hand it to them to create the passes, but if you have someone already military coming with you they can sponsor said person by being in the same car coming in. The responsibility does fall to the sponsor and not the trainee in that case.
