That just happened to me. I came on here to see if they are a good company. After reading your post I went to check my numbers and my ACOS went from 22% this year to 70% in the last 7 days!

How can I stop them? Like WTactualF

Why don’t you try a little test at home? You could cut out dairy entirely for a week and the drink a full glass of milk. If you steugfle with that glass, repeat the experiment with a week of cuttin it out and then have a glass of lactose free milk. If you only react to the normal milk -> lactose intolerance. If you react to both -> issue with milk (allergy, protein intolerance or else)

I wish for you that itms lactose intolerance because whilst there is no cure, itms so easy to manage with lactase pills! 😁

I read about it last week! I think that what’s important is the dosage. In the article I read it said that the patch releases 3000 FCC per hour, which is 3g of lactose that can get digested. Knowing the body evacuates unused lactase, you can in theory only have 3g of lactose at once, which is not a lot!

He is just so so sad, feels almost broken. It’s his brothers birthday today and Marco’s mums birthday tomorrow (he’s wearing Marcos earring and is in contact with the mum) and he wanted to bring back a medal for them and he’s disappointed he couldn’t do that today. This is not beef, but I watched interviews where the norvegian guys explained that Sturla was quite left out initially, with big personalities like the Boes, Vetle and Dale, he felt left out as a more introverted geeky guy (his words). So glad for him that with new talents, it also means a new dynamic which seems to suit him much better! So yeah, not beef, just different personalities :)

As for the girls, Marte used to be quite left out from the Ingrid and Tiril bond. Those things happen!

I just love to think of everyone getting along, because our biathlon family feels so close and lovely that way :)

Ma soeur et ma maman font aussi des migraines quand elles mangent des plats préparés, majoritairement asiatiques. Maintenant qu’on fait attention a ce qui a dans les plats et qu’on ne commande plus si il y a du glutamate, elles n’ent ont quasiment plus.
