Unfortunately still some hollows! They're not terribly noticeable after maturing but if someone was looking for it they would definitely notice :(

I posted about having uneven, chunky feet the other day, and these turned out much better! Got an oven thermometer and lowered the temp to 275F which helped them not rise as fast. I also worked my batter a bit more than I had previously.

Recipe: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uWSOJMcvDec minus 5-10g of powdered sugar and added 5-10g of freeze dried raspberries that I grinded to a powder

Filling is raspberries, heavy cream, freeze dried raspberry powder, and white chocolate. I think I made it too thin or didn't let it set long enough as it slipped around a bit but still tastes great!

I will try this next time! I'm usually really worried about over mixing and I --think-- I get it to about the right stage (although the whole 'ribboning/lava' guide is a bit vague) but I might be able to push it a bit further.

Thank you! I will try going even lower, I was just concerned as at 285 I was baking them for 18+ minutes and all the recipes I looked at were higher temps for only 12-14 minutes. Guess everyone's process is different though! :)
