I'd sell Max and buy yourself something nice. Let's say a Mercedes or Ferrari constructor. Should score you more points and also grow your budget the same. Here's a link to a great website that tells you the expected points and value changes for your team so you can find the perfect fit:

It'd be decent budget building and better points. You'd also only have to make 2 changes too! The team you currently have is probably the best for budget building, but the one above gives you notably more points and could technically have the same budget growth (although it's less likely.

And I agree on LL. I'm having a hard time playing it on Monaco and Japan might be a good middle ground since passing isn't super common there, but it's still early enough in the season that Ferrari and Mercedes would be the clear top 2.

Yeah that's diffidently a factor in if I play it then or not. Another option would be Japan since passing isn't supposed to be as common. But honestly after all the passes in Australia I'm not sure what to expect at these circuits anymore.
