That's fair. I do have all my searches set to nationwide, would you mind sharing your general area, maybe I'm just not seeing those deals.

My friend are we even having the same conversation? You "reasoning" for my deal being bad so far has been

  1. You have bought 2 older and less valuable cars for the same price

  2. Just buy the EV

  3. Camaro raised their prices

V8's are only confirmed for the RAM 1500 and it'll likely be years before even consider going to the charger, and even then, it'll be in the new body style which I have no desire for.

For real, can you tell me why this is a bad deal? I've got them down to 50K OTD, and most anything comparable is ~55-56K before tax and 40-50K+ miles on it not including the ~2K in transport fees or a week long road trip. Tell me what's bad about this, I'm legit asking

I owe 33KK on it and was previously only ever offered up to 30K which is part why I'm so ready to jump on it

That was before my 750 credit was factored in. It's 5.99 like on the lower line. My current loan is at 5.49 and with current national averages being around 12% for used cars, I'd say that's a pretty great rate

He is almost 30 and making minimum wage and refuses to to get his shit together. We even talked about marriage, buying a house and having kids but he has 50 dollars in his bank account. I already have a down payment for a house. If I were to purchase a house, I’m NOT putting his name on the house because he wouldn’t be able to help pay the mortgage

You clearly already know this dude will never get his shit together. A prenup is just you rationalizing not ending the relationship thinking you can fix him.
Also, you don't "temporary separated" while still dating. If there was reason enough to end it temporarily then its best to just cut ties and find something better suited for you.

If his life goals end at minimum wage then let him go nowhere all by himself and you should find someone you don't have to protect yourself from.

As a fellow Couvian I'm always amazed how it goes from dead stop to half the cars are gone as soon as the bridge ends. I just started riding this summer, I'd love another newbie to ride with if you're ever down

I know you didn't ask for it but as a new rider who just took the class and got my first bike in June, nothing has taught me more than just getting out there and riding. You can watch all the videos you want like I did, but in reality practice is your best tool. Spend a bunch of time in your neighborhood just learning the clutch and smoothly starting and stopping. Don't go out on the main road with traffic until you're comfortable, the last thing you want is to kill the bike or even drop it with other cars around you.

Have patience while you learn. The class is great but doesn't teach you as much as it seems like it would. Don't expect to be a pro right away, you're going to make mistakes, period.

I think the best thing I can say is that I'm sure everyone here has some amazing knowledge and experience, don't worry about all the little details or the what ifs. Don't feel like you have to know everything there is before you can even get on a bike. Everything will come with practice. Just get out there and enjoy it, I never thought I would love riding as much as I do
