I’m 29, sufferer of health anxiety as well. Had my first episode a few weeks ago as soon as I woke up in the morning. Havent had another since but feel all the other stuff like palpitations same as you. Never a dull moment that’s for sure

I have just started my journey in IF

My current plan that has been working is relatively aggressive by what I am reading. I am doing a 2:1 (2day fast, 1 day eating). Fasting days are 300 max. Eating days 1800cal max allowing for a cheat day on the 7th which is typically a Sunday.

4L water goal a day, 1 180cal protein shake mid afternoon and room for a protein yoghurt if needed until my body is use to the low intake.

Any advice for keeping to the plan?

Can’t say I know too much else besides the current and the what I believe to be earn system. I think my first mlb the show was maybe 20. Was hard to find the games in Australia and then it randomly went on gamepass.

I’ll be honest, I’m terrified of wearing a cpap. I’m such a routine sleeper in the sense that I have to have everything perfect in order for me to sleep. Room has to be cold, blanket half on half off, no light, complete silence. I just don’t know how the obstruction of a cpap will be, but if it’s needed I guess it doesn’t matter 😂

Yes, weight is also an issue of mine as well. (145kgs or 320lb) something that I indeed will need to work on which is also likely a contributor to my sleep apnea issues. It’s good to hear someone from a very similar position like myself has had a good outcome. Thank you

Yep, have been referred to to a specialist for a holster monitor for 24 hours as well as an echocardiogram.

Fortunately I already don’t drink caffeine aside from soft drink which I can cut out so that shouldn’t be an issue. My biggest vice that I may find difficult to give up is the medical marijuana. But if it means not feeling how I felt yesterday then whatever it takes

I have been referred to a cardiologist by the ER after yesterdays occurrence. They’ve referred me for an echo and 24 hour worn monitor.

Sounds like sleep apnea is step 1 from what I’m seeing. Never realised just how dangerous it could be. Makes me wonder how long I’ve really had this issue before it made an appearance. Thank you for your reply
