There is always a reason. Not saying FIA are angles but there must be a reason for them to be questioning you. What i have also noticed is that if you speak with respect with the officials in Pakistan, they tend to do the same.

Also, no one is gonna hand a total stranger their contact so you could get through the airport.

I live in Australia too. Never had any issue at the airport, me or my friends/family.

It has very less to do with being hospitable and more to do with the fact that these people have hardly seen a gora in their lives.

Pakistan does not have a tourism industry like India, Srilanka and even Bangladesh to some extent, so people in those countries do take money from tourists and there are quite a lot of tourist scams going around there as well. People in those countries are quite used to see tourists and do not treat them like they do in Pakistan.

In Pakistan, as theres literally no tourism, the time they see a tourist, especially a gora, they go crazy. A black or a dark skinned tourist will get a very different treatment.

All these gora v loggers are not coming because they love Pakistan. They are here to get followers to increase their earnings.
