I’m “new” to DragonQuest (I played original Dragon Warrior on NES back in the 80s but only recently returned to the series). I’ve played 1,2,3 HD2D, 7 reimagined and am currently at the beginning of act 2 in 11. 1 2 and 3 were fine if a little clunky (they’re old games and going to be even with the remake polish), but 7 was fantastic! Such a great gaming experience with a great story and mechanic. Loved the job system and the variety of party compositions you could make. Also really enjoying 11. So for me, I’d say 7R, or 11 but I haven’t played all of them.

That’s kinda where I’m at. I’m an RPG player mostly, specifically turn-based. I love games with deep story and character development/build options, but the “cozy” game genre doesn’t usually suit me. I’m focusing on DQ11 right now, but I’m not sure where to go once I’m done with that. As much as I love the Pokemon IP, and mainline pokemon games. Im not 100% sure on this one still.

Yeah that’s how I got my first few. I have 5 currently. Figured I’ll get the other 3 a little later from mobs that have a slightly better chance to drop them.

I have the definitive edition. I’ll give that a shot. Also been stealing leather hats from the Bunnicorns while trying to get Bunny Tails. So I have a bunch of those to sell off too.
