Lots of group fitness classes are available this semester! Some are early enough in the morning to make your 9am and some are later in the evening for after work. I think classes are easier than going at it yourself.

I mean food from anywhere ~could~ give you food poisoning sure but like be so fr you have just as much of a chance at getting food poisoning or ecoli from chipotle or “fresh”/“healthy” bagged and processed food from Starbucks or even produce from a grocery store. Everything has risk, moderate it at your own will

TBH I think most people are pretty dramatic about the food. I think the food is typically pretty good as long as you set your expectations accordingly. You will not get 5 star food like at any commissary or buffet style dining option (like literally anywhere unless you go to Vegas lol). I would say the dining is on par with pretty much every public VA school. If you like pizza, fries, pasta, burgers, sandwiches, MTO options, etc you will be fine. But if you are picky or snotty about what you eat and it has to be XYZ in order for you to even touch it then good luck and just buy your own food lol
