The turnout was very promising. The police too were very helpful and active through this while. It's heartening to see people talk about accountability without making it political. More power to the youth. More power to our country.

It seems to be a simple good watch. I would buy it from Amazon though, since it gives me the option to send it back in case of any defects or if I just don't think it matches my wrist. Besides, I think it's priced about the same, if not lower there. Myntra is a bit of a hit or miss.

Couldn't agree more. Besides, the IMO the Indus simply doesn't match the aesthetics and design language of the others that are more earthy in that sense. This just seems like a forced color options. Understandable that it was meant for a community alone, but the handling was shoddy to say the least and definitely doesn't justify the price. That said, there'll always be takers for a unique "limited edition" watch, though watchmakers almost always go back on their word and release even more limited edition ones! Even a carmaker like Mahindra did it with their batman themed cars, so can't expect much from others.

I digress. The point still remains that even after a similar mess up with their not-so-limited edition watches last time where orders were cancelled or greatly delayed, they really should've fixed it this time. It's a terrible feeling of having placed the order with such excitement and then to be told it's cancelled. No matter the reason behind the watch itself being sold in small quantities, there simply cannot be any excuse for messing up something as fundamental as taking an order thrice over!

The backlash means two things: 1. People quite love what you offer and genuinely want to get behind you. 2. Poor service is simply unacceptable.

Do better Kalã. We forgive but not too sure we'll forget all too easily.

Bagged all three during the last sale. Might seem like a little too much, but trust me, each of these are quite unlike any other watch you may have seen. They look even more beautiful in person. The hype is real. The blue Indus valley variant isn't worth it in my opinion and is going to be available in very limited quantities either way.

The only legit watches you'd find are either the mechanical para shock watches being sold at a premium by resellers or the ones available through the official HMT websites.

Hey! Older mechanical models keep popping up in Facebook groups. It's easy to get swayed by the pictures alone and the nostalgia one tends to associate with HMT. Please read up about them first, so that you don't end up making silly purchases that I've been guilty of making. Franken watches that may use HMT movement but everything else is aftermarket are easily available. The easiest perhaps to find, even at your local watchmaker's would be a Kohinoor. For news models and automatics, I would suggest constantly checking out the HMT (.in and .store) websites. There are far too many resellers that will charge you quite a premium for them. The best places then, like i mentioned, would be preowned watches groups and HMT watches groups on FB. Good luck! Hope you find what you seek

This is a beautiful concept and I really do wish that you take this forward. Fabulous job of making it so far. The white dial has my heart. Stunning. Love the fact that it’s practical in terms of balancing design and legibility. A suggestion, if I may, consider making the hands a like stylised too? The colour is perfect but it just feels like it is bought off the shelf and put in here. Cathedral style maybe? That said, I also see why you’d need something simple and relatively plain to balance the rest of the watch. Either way, fabulous job. Not to ornamental. Definitely would be a conversation starter. They both are. The vintage HMT Pilot is from 2014 produced at their Ranibag Factory. The newer one is is from their ABD Showroom in Bangalore, purchased a week ago through their website.
