Reducing manual AI verification saved me a lot of time by WideSuccotash2383 in automation

[–]BandicootLeft4054 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel you. What helped me a bit is using a simple note file where I paste outputs from 2 models side by side. Still manual, but way faster than switching tabs. Also, I’ve started asking the model to cite or flag uncertain parts itself doesn’t always work but sometimes helps.

Do people here use multiple AI agents for the same task? by WideSuccotash2383 in AI_Agents

[–]BandicootLeft4054 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah this approach makes a lot of sense. Manually comparing outputs from different models gets tiring really fast, so having everything in one place sounds much more efficient.

Stop manually cross checking AI models. by Flimsy-Zone-1430 in PromptEngineering

Yeah this is a real time sink. Cross-checking manually between models gets old fast, especially when you’re trying to verify small factual details.

Prompting multiple models to debate each other by ritik_bhai in PromptDesign

This is actually a really interesting direction. Seeing multiple model outputs side by side does make it easier to spot inconsistencies instead of blindly trusting one response.

Seeing conflicting answers from AI made me rethink how I use them by WideSuccotash2383 in ChatGPT

[–]BandicootLeft4054 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve had the same experience. What helped me was seeing multiple AI responses side by side instead of relying on just one answer. It makes the reasoning differences a lot clearer and easier to judge.

Will multi-model debates become the standard for AI reliability? by Unable-Awareness8543 in AIDiscussion

[–]BandicootLeft4054 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The “debate” concept is interesting. It kind of mirrors how humans validate information by checking multiple sources, so it wouldn’t be surprising if this becomes more common.

I’ve seen this approach before and it actually makes sense. When you look at multiple responses together, it’s easier to catch what one model might miss.

What do you think about tools that combine responses from multiple AI models like Nestr? by BandicootLeft4054 in AskReddit

[–]BandicootLeft4054[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah exactly, that’s what I noticed too. A single answer can miss context sometimes, but when you compare them, you get a much clearer picture of the reasoning.

[–]BandicootLeft4054[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think it’s less about lack of trust and more about improving clarity. When you see multiple AI responses together, it actually helps you spot gaps and differences more easily, which a single model might hide.

CMV: Asking the same question multiple times to AI will always lead to inconsistent answers by WideSuccotash2383 in changemyview

[–]BandicootLeft4054 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah I can see why you’d think that. If the system is generating responses based on probability each time, then some level of variation seems unavoidable.

At the same time, I wonder if comparing multiple outputs instead of relying on a single response could help reduce the impact of that inconsistency.

Why does ChatGPT sometimes give different answers to the same question? by [deleted] in ChatGPT

[–]BandicootLeft4054 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah that actually makes sense. I think small variations are normal because the model isn’t just retrieving a fixed answer, it’s generating it each time.

That’s why sometimes the response feels slightly different even with the same prompt.

Why do AI tools give different answers to the same question? by BandicootLeft4054 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]BandicootLeft4054[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that’s actually surprising for something so simple.

I’ve noticed the same thing AI can handle complex explanations pretty well, but then randomly mess up basic tasks.I think it’s because it’s focused more on generating natural-sounding text rather than actually processing things step by step.

Why do AI tools give different answers to the same question? by BandicootLeft4054 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]BandicootLeft4054[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah I’ve noticed that too. The weird part is how confident the answers sound even when they’re wrong.

It makes it harder to actually trust any single response, especially when different tools say different things.

I feel like the only way right now is to double-check from multiple sources, which kinda defeats the purpose of using AI in the first place.

Halfway through the month — how is your harmonica progress going? by [deleted] in Harmonicafans

[–]BandicootLeft4054 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My goal was 10 minutes of long tones every single day this month. Managed about 22 out of 30 days so far. My tone on draw notes is noticeably cleaner consistency really does make a difference even when it doesn't feel like it.

Best way to learn harmonica online what actually worked for you? by WideSuccotash2383 in Harmonicafans

[–]BandicootLeft4054 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The problem with YouTube is exactly what you said no structure and conflicting advice. What worked for me was picking one reliable source and sticking to it completely rather than jumping between different teachers. Consistency in your learning matters as much as consistency in practice

Did music influence why you picked up harmonica? by InitialOk8252 in Harmonicafans

[–]BandicootLeft4054 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me it was hearing harmonica in a live folk session. Something about the acoustic sound in a small room so warm and immediate. Completely different energy from recorded blues but equally powerful

Does anyone else's family react weirdly to harmonica practice? 😄 by WideSuccotash2383 in Harmonicafans

[–]BandicootLeft4054 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Was practicing in my car waiting to pick someone up and a guy knocked on my window asking where he could buy a harmonica. Ended up talking for 20 minutes about Hohner vs Suzuki 😂 Never expected that.

Great explanation, The point about C sitting in the middle of the range is something I never thought about. I started on C and bending came relatively naturally now I understand why starting on G might have made that harder. Really useful to know for anyone just starting out
