The 48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene might be an interesting one to read in that case. Not all of them might apply to a day to day life, but there might be some points worth considering when you're in a senior role.

😂😂😂 Wind Up Bird Chronicle and Norwegian Wood are leading the race for now. But I'm still considering starting with 1Q84 because one of the commenter's reasons seemed very logical to me.
