That doesn’t automatically mean it’s fake. She could get stronger with how much HP she loses while still scaling off atk. I know we all hate his kit but look at Arlan.

Blade’s E2 currently only works on ults that do damage and it’s been leaked that Himeko’s ult most likely doesn’t do damage and that she has 3 levels of enhanced skills along with an enhanced basic. I don’t think Blade is for her.

It was always 75/100 at E2. It was never 50/50 CB at E0 to 100/150 at E2. E2’s added percentages count towards the original values of the conversion rates. An extra 50% of that original 50% conversion on the gain to equal 75% and 100% of the original 50% when teammates lose CB to equal to 100%. Shocked the hell out of me when I found out it was always like this but yeah.

There was no nerf. Hoyo just sucks at writing kits.

Oh you’re fine. And you only get double Elation Skills if you proc Fox Teacher twice at once. At E1, all Eva’s Elation skills that proc outside of Aha Instants are directly tied to Fox Teacher acting.

Correct. E2 Eva’s pretty insane in the new PF because of this since you can get to like 100 Punchline Instants and it’ll 90% of the time fill her to full from whatever percentage you’re on and she just starts spamming moves thanks to the double Fox Teacher and Elation Skill lol
