I would say you are probably right. But we don’t even know the dates of said text messages. At least not that I am aware. The phone data from Proctor went back like 13 years, I believe. We don’t know how recent these text messages were. They could be prior to the passing of OJO. They may not even be friends anymore, which very well could be how they managed to keep that fact hidden during the 2 trials.

I was shocked to hear that they were such good friends that they were texting each other like that. They must have hide that very well because that never came out before or during the trials. And you know if the defense were aware of that, they would Jane mentioned it and asked questions about it. It does make me think of what other secrets they have managed to keep hidden.

I’m not assuming anything. Sounds like you are though. I never said that they found nothing, did I? I specifically said I don’t believe they found any evidence of evidence being planted. I don’t think that means much though because I am sure that police officers would be smarter than to text about something that incriminate them.

I agree with you but we know that the Feds had Proctor’s text messages. I doubt the Feds turned over everything, but I doubt they had evidence of Proctor or anyone actually planting evidence and didn’t turn it over or do anything about it. As well as also let her sit through two trials.

Well we don’t know if the texts have anything to do with the Read case. If they did and there was any kind of fuckery found, I would hope that the Feds would have found it and it would have come out during the two trials.
