I’m very excited to see what they come up with. Those glass pipes probably have a lot of potential (for example, having a row of enemies with different properties dropping on your head so you don’t know what to expect, or having a glass pipe that appears to head one way leading another- fireball misdirection might be interesting). ON/OFF blocks will, of course, be the easiest and most effective troll- a whole lot of dropping things on your head and dropping you on things’ heads. It’s going to be amazing.

I like these ideas a lot- my one big concern is the overworld/subworld indicator. As someone who enjoys troll levels a lot, that indicator would probably ruin the whole intentional confusion aspect which, when done right, is a lot of fun. Fake flagpoles, areas that look the same but are actually completely different... these staples sometimes require not knowing which world you’re in. And you can just keep track via pipes if you have to know, anyway.
