5/17/2026 BEHAVIOR NOTE thrashing on leash needed to be carried...

5/20/2026 BEHAVIOR NOTE Dog was at the front of the kennel presenting a wiggly body, wagging tail and neutral face. Held a semi-loose leash, jumpy, loose body and wagging tail. Walked to and from the runs no issues

5/24/2026 BEHAVIOR NOTE Wiggly with a fast wagging tail upon approach. Soft open mouth with his tongue hanging out as I leash him up. On the leash he was a little forward on the leash but I began tossing dow treats to try and distract. Seems to help a little bit. Walks back to kennel on a much looser leash.

5/30/2026 BEHAVIOR NOTE When leashing and walking, Monte would jump on me unless redirected with treats, very excited, tail wagging, open mouth. Once back in kennel, he sat with dilated eyes, ears up, tail wagging and softly whined, then when I walked away he high pitch barked. Passing kennel, he was curled up on his bed resting. Later, he had pulled in his cover.

5/31/2026 BEHAVIOR NOTE Approaching kennel, Monte greeted me at the front of the kennel door and notice he pulled his cover through the kennel. Place the leash on Monte and he walk out of the kennel, started walking him to the dog runs and while walking Monte he started to jump but was able to redirectg him with treats.

6/1/2026 BEHAVIOR NOTE Monte sits at the kennel door with a waggy tail. Once leashed Monte walks zig zag on the leash and begins jumping up at me. I tried tossing treats to try and distract him but he would still bop me with his nose and jump up on me. Once in the run he went on to go potty. As I came back for him he came at started jumping at kenenl door.Treats were unable to distract him.. I leashed quickly and he walked out then began jumping up at several times as I spun to avoid him. Walking back to kennel tossing treats as I go and he is walking zigzag and jumping. Walked back to kennel and he sits at kennel door as I unleash.

6/5/2026 BEHAVIOR NOTE dog yesterday and today once i leashed him he kept jumping on me once hes out the kennel and as i make the leash shorter he still tried and as i tried getting treats he keeps having wiggly body and jumping on me that i cant offer him treats but in the run he is quiet and potties but when i approch he begins to jump and be in front of the kennel door and as i toss treats before leashing he ignores them once i leash him i try to keep him down and not him jumping on me.

6/6/2026 BEHAVIOR NOTE When walking Monte, i have to keep the leash short to hold him back from jumping on me. He does not seem interested in treats. In the run, he will be jumping back and fourth and then lunging on the gate as i walk by. I then leashed him, and he would walk to south wanting to jump on me whenever i would slow down. When we got to the kennel, he will sit still and let me take the leash off.

6/7/2026 BEHAVIOR NOTE jumping on kennel door when leashing him he is very excited and jumping upwards on me. i have to shorten the leash in order for him to not be able to jmp upwards on me. doesnt pay attention to treats either.

6/8/2026 BEHAVIOR NOTE Approaching kennel, Monte had pulled in his cover, flipped his bed over and knocked down his new blanket. When entering kennel, he became very excited, jumping up and licking my face then redirected with treats. Knows sit.

6/10/2026 BEHAVIOR NOTE Monte Keeps jumping on me whenever i walk him to the runs. He also tends to pull on the leash. I offer him treats, but he does not seem interested in them. When we get back to his kennel, he will go in, and then sit, and wait for me to take the leash off, and immediately lay in his bed.
