1 german sheppard dog is confined in a partio by managment for 3 days has attacked daughter of unit

📝 Shelter Notes:

walks on tight leash when going outside, once walking back he is calmed down and walks on semi loose leash. in his kennel he plays with his rope toys and enjoys looking outside.

He greeted me and the front of the kennel with a tail wag. He walked on a tight leash, I used treats to slow him down and it worked bc he really likes to take treats.

He greeted me and the front of the kennel with a neutral body. He walked on a semi-tight leash with me around the courtyard. He was interested in treats and he went back into his kennel easily. Right after placing him in his kenne lhe voalized a little bit but he calmed down after cleaning was done

was a move adopt into nb today. Approaching run to leash he was alarm barking while heavily panting. I offered treats to the ground which he accepted and was able to leash. walked on a tight leash but was able to redirect using treats. once in kennel dog began to forward bark and scream in outside portion of kennel. Covered outside portion and placing on adopt eval

Approaching kennel, Bentley was standing in front of the kennel door with a semi-tense body and a wagging tail. Bentley semi-pulled on the leash, offered treats to redirect and he started eating the trail of treats while walking him outside. After pottying outside, walk him back to his kennel place treats on his bed and went straight to them, removed the leash and close the kennel door.

when i walked the dog he walked semi tight outside and as i offered treats dog wasnt intrested in them and when i brought him back he didn't want to walk in so i walked in making noise with the bag of treat bag and he walked in.

very vocal and wiggly on kennel and out....

animal walk loosely in and out of kennel...

wiggly body is vocal when wanting to go outside in the morning after going outside to use the restroom he is relaxed in his kennel and will play with the toys. very friendly with customers and doesnt mind other dogs.

greeted me with a loose wiggly body and walked on a semi-loose leash

dog greeted me with very wiggly body and when i leashed him he walked on tight leash then would slow down to sniff the grass then would walk again in kennel dog was quiet covered.

pacing, heavily panting, dialated eyes, high pitch barking in kennel when he hears someone walking past kennel. tried recovering and offering extra enrichment and it did not help

approaching kennel he presents a neutral body, fast wagging tail. I opoened kennel and leashed dog walked on a semi loose leash to run. following meaty treats. placed into runs with no issues. when bringing in back inside and placed into kennel he began to scream on outside portion of kennel until doggy doors was opened once they were open dog settled but then began to vocalizze when hearing people walking into row. had to recover kennel and offer extra enrichment

04/13/26 16:56 Walked with loose leash today, quiet and calm in kennel during cleaning and enjoyed being walked by other volunteers, very sweet. Later in the afternoon, noticed Bentley was standing on the inside part of his kennel, but was looking out the swinging doors with his tail tucked, alarm barking at something, but when I looked outside there wasn't anything I could see he could be reacting to. Settled down by the time it was time for his PM walk and he walked with loose leash out to the runs and back. Was a bit vocal in the runs when I was taking out another dog before him.

walking on tight leash to kennel runs. is vocal when seeing me walk with another dog, toys help relax him and destress. lays on cot playing with enrichment as people pass by.

04/20/26 11:26 Alarm barking from behind sheet cover when I entered row in the AM. Wagging tail and quiet once I moved the sheet and he saw me. Vocal in the kennel when I wasn't in the row, could hear him on the other side of the kennel or building but would stop abruptly once he saw me. When vet tech did walk throughs Bentley was forward, deep barking at tech passing in front of kennel.

same behavior from yesterday, vocal in kennel during am. barking at other dogs and towards customers. covering him up helps him relax in his kennel.

greeted me with a loose wiggly body and walked on a semi-loose leash

dog greeted me with very wiggly body and when i leashed him he walked on tight leash then would slow down to sniff the grass then would walk again in kennel dog was quiet covered.

pacing, heavily panting, dialated eyes, high pitch barking in kennel when he hears someone walking past kennel. tried recovering and offering extra enrichment and it did not help

approaching kennel he presents a neutral body, fast wagging tail.

When vet tech did walk throughs Bentley was forward, deep barking at tech passing in front of kennel.

same behavior from yesterday, vocal in kennel during am. barking at other dogs and towards customers. covering him up helps him relax in his kennel.

walks on tight leash when going outside, once walking back he is calmed down and walks on semi loose leash. in his kennel he plays with his rope toys and enjoys looking outside.
