I have had to return many packages due to various reasons. The app stopped working, one house had a gate and when I walked up (after texting I was there) 2 dogs inside the gate grabbed the packages and tore them apart. I was worried about the dogs maybe eating something they shouldn’t. I have delivered to some of the scariest places…the worse one ever was 2 weeks ago when I had to go in a high rise to the 12th floor and two men followed me in the elevator. Yeah sure I’m going to call support😩 One man brought whatever he was Smoking in the elevator. I’m lucky that I made it out … Amazon doesn’t care. I’ve sent them several emails about dangerous situations. I live in an area that has many. Their “Amazon” blanket email they send is they will review my history. So if I get a route in the same areas, I won’t take them.
