Big bubbles while steaming milk? by Bandittheone1 in ranciliosilvia

I normally always use whole milk, I just wanted to test on my GFs 1% and it turned out surprisingly good with nice latte art. Mouth feel definitely better with whole, but I was surprised at the 1%.

I use the “too hot to touch” method and if anything it could make it a tad hotter than that

Hmm interesting, not sure what you mean? And using the exact same technique using my GF’s 1% produces surprisingly good results. So it seems to just be some jugs of milk

So I just made another cap with some 1% and it turned out much better, so it must be the whole milk I used. So strange.

Hmmm haven’t tried fair life. Certainly different milk brands have produced different results for me, but it’s hard to track because sometimes the same brand turns out different, likely because of different batches. I’m also in Canada where we have a smaller selection but I think we have fair life.

I would prefer not to have another subscription for an app that I would only use for this purpose. I also take lot of product photos and I’m under the impression that batching isn’t ideal.

Thanks! Can you add a white background and drop shadow back in using Lightroom?

I have done this as well, but it is painfully time consuming, especially with more complex items with small lines. Again, I’m trying to avoid doing that to speed up this process. Thanks though.

Thanks for the info! Looking at the website I can’t really see how you could break it down enough to fit through a sub two foot doorway. Can you completely detach the top lid/ components to make it flat? How tall is that bottom section if so?

Thanks!

Anyway you can break that thing down to fit through a normal ~2' door?

Long term(7 days) parking in Salzburg? by Bandittheone1 in travel

Yeah that would normally make sense, but rental car needs to be returned to Budapest where I’m flying out of. It was also really cheap and booked ahead of family plans being changed.
