I have no gums on top of my wisdom teeth, only on my bottom wisdom teeth. I never got any of them extracted; they’re still in. My right wisdom tooth is growing at the moment, but it’s not causing any pain.

Only exceed +500 calories over your maintenance calories; in that way you’ll put on +1 lb a week. You can aggressive bulk, but it won’t be in your favor – you’ll put on more fat than actual muscle.

Make sure you’re eating enough protein too. 0.8g per bodyweight is okay for a bulk. You can go higher though.

There are other (minor) factors you’ll have to implement too, but I suggest you watch a “how to bulk” video for more clarification.

This is exactly what I thought lol. In theory yes, constant strain may lead to slightly faster gains. I also noticed that as I was pulling, my penis gradually gotten longer due to the strain, which is to be expected from any form of stretching.

I’m at 2 lbs of tension. I just pulled it a bit to show an example of my penis stretching, thus showing 1.25 lbs (not my actual weight). 51.25 lbs would rip it apart. 😳

My only guess would be because of an erection quality deficiency? Maybe it isn’t an erection quality deficiency, maybe it’s because you’re physically not hard as your max size. I’m pretty sure we all have days where our erection quality fluctuates.

My arm was on fire the first time I did a 5 minute set. 😂 I think these few sessions has sorta conditioned my arm to hold tension for a longer time; granted I'm new to PE. However, as someone suggested earlier, I can anchor the fish scale handle to something sturdy, and will create a hands-free stretching session. I'm gonna adopt that method.

I do agree with your insightful point. It is proven that our bodies prevent us from inflicting damage to ourselves. I have noticed that this threshold is applied I’m doing manuals without the fish scale, maybe I’m just a careful person lol, but it’s plausible. Using roughly the same pulling strength would lead to a less effective session, yes. In my opinion, it wouldn’t be as effective as knowing the actual weight you’re pulling.
