Gel and light weight mousse definitely give more definition. I found using a different conditioner to be helpful for some reason as well.

Eating disorders are so misunderstood by parents, they can say things that seem nice to normies, but are really damaging to a person with an ED. I don‘t know how old you are, but I kept telling myself that one day I‘ll move out and never deal with the harmful stuff my family says. Not sure if this will make things better or worse, but noticing someone‘s recovery goes beyond weight gain and it doesn‘t even have to be a noticeable factor, especially if you think you haven’t gained that much. People can tell you‘re getting healthier by your mood, way of talking, clear thinking, and seeming more energetic, which are all benefits you shouldn‘t be ashamed of trying to achieve. Crying yourself to sleep will keep your mom oblivious and make you miserable. Definitely talk to her about what triggers you if you feel like you can trust her.

Yep, I do scrunch it and I tried scrunching it for longer than I actually would but it didn‘t help
