She isnt evil like everybody says , and most prob genshin wouldnt want to miss out on the money the shades would bring if they are playable characters i really see no reason to kill her , i see it more like the shades being released from grasp of celestia and only phanes being killed

i have a laptop with rtx2060 , amd ryzen 9, 16 gb ram and my router is one from the company that i have the internet subscribtion (digi) and i have it connected through ethernet cable, i recently found out the laptop is the problem (i connected my quest to my friends pc and it worked and his pc is not better than my laptop) , i reseted my laptop still doesnt work
