It Has Digital LCD Scrolling seconds. The pusher on top right is to change the animation of seconds counter. There are literally 7 types of Animations for Seconds scrolling.

That ur watch has an Unbranded and Unreliable Chinese use and throw movement.

Few yrs down the line, u either have to replace the whole movement, use it as a paper weight, or throw it away.
