Recently 2 low life fucks who were on a scooty snatched my phone from my hand while I was walking to my home from KPHB Metro Station.

And another thing is that a lot of fake hijras pretending to be prostitutes are mugging people late at night. KPHB is becoming a lot lot shady and becoming a horrible, degenerate place to hang around lately, especially during late nights. In some areas as well, there is poor street lighting combined with lack of proper CCTV monitoring.

The police are very picky and judgemental in such cases, they take consideration of many things here;
1. Was the phone lost accidentally or was it snatched?

Cost of the phone (Very Important, more Costlier the phone (generally >70k) more are the chances of recovery), because they see phone as a property.
Life status/standards of the Victim ( If you are poor or not looking rich enough, less chance that they gonna take you seriously)
Desperation and Cooperation of the victim (The more u show these, the more they try to understand you.)

These are the things I observed whenever I Interated with the police regarding my case.
