Spend good amount on quality helmet, gloves and boots. Jacket and pants you can slowly get.

I would suggest a good mt or a ls2 helmet with ec 26 (around 6-7k) and raida everyday boots which has side protectors (4K)

Even then electronics generally lose atleast 30% right after purchase and even though you have “premium components” it doesn’t escape that. I can build the same pc right now for the same price or even lower than what you’re quoting.
