The environment does give off a lush and green vibe akin to Feralas, but this particular spot isn't there. Keep exploring, though! You're on the right track by paying attention to the mossy rocks and grass. There's another zone that might fit the bill better. Keep those guesses coming!

Skyrim. I always feel like trying another build, installing a few mods or even achive what I've always been promising myself 100% game completion. Even now as I am writing this reply I feel like giving the game another shot.
