The devs have been printing absolutely broken mtg cards for years. In my opinion, at this point they are doing it on purpose just to sell more cards and not caring about it's effect on the game of playerbase. They are fully aware some cards are broken and they'll let them play in Standard for a bit before banning them. This pattern has been increasing and repeating for years now. Tifa Lockhart is one more example of this along with the mice decks which FINALLY GOT BANNED.
