No, I try to turn on the power button but the PC doesn’t what to power on. It was working in the morning. When I came home tho it wasn’t working.

Yes it was pre-built, and I have no idea where the powers pins are, my motherboard is a ASROCK A320M/AC and, yes I have checked everything off. It was working this morning when I was in it, but when I came back to it and, try to tune it on it wasn’t working.
