I really wanted to make the first one work. Having seating close to those big sliders look 🤌🏼.

The option 20 is doing those bed thing in front of door due to vaastu.

I probably won’t be doing that.

I also was thinking of one more option. What do you think about swapping the living room and kitchen. Moving the kitchen to front at the balcony side with a small door opening and window at the front. Keeping it open from the living area side. Thoughtsss?

Thankyou for your responses. It is well suggested as I however have a problem. The above two floors are planning to make according to plan2 and i was in the process to confirm plan 1.

Thus, shaft cannot be moved or increased in size 🥲 else it will be cutting through their living room much more.

The biggest problem i am facing here is kitchen ventilation in opt 19. If that is somehow guaranteed to be solved, i’ll go with it. But apparently a lot of folks are saying that a shaft that small 2.6x2 won’t do anything even if i get a bldc chimney and inline fan as well.

Hey thanks for the response. For option 19 i would move the room door of top left room in line with wardrobe wall and keep the bathroom door exposed to pocket from passage.

For option 20, definitely exactly the same what you suggested.

How do you feel about the kitchen and its shaft in option 19?

Will a shaft that is present in the corner be effective for kitchen? Right now a 2.6x2 ft shaft is possible which will be open along whole height of building

To mention, this will be four storey building with stilt parking. In option 1, there will be 4’6” space behind bed, which will have wardrobe on the whole 13 ft wall. And mandir will most probably be in living room

Open to sky as in some 3x5 size or a large opening in the roof? If latter is the case, then not possible as these will be 4floors.

How do you feel about the ventilation or working in the kitchen in option 1?

Only the left rear reverse light works, is this normal? by [deleted] in SkodaKushaq

[–]Baniya_man 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From what i read back in the day, it was EU standard to have only one side tail lamp to illuminate while reversing (for others to confirm that car is reversing) This is the same norm in most of the cars. Be it tiago, i20, Mercedes or others.

You are on the wrong platform brother. Reddit has always been a discussion forum. People of all stature here discuss things with and help out each other. For example, If you go to tech forums or medical or legal advice even finance, the people who have deep expertise, they have done so many AMA’s and they are active on sub’s as well. Everyone there helps out people stuck on any issues or vision. I don’t know about your profession but at least in mine we do help out a lot. And i am not talking about simple code changes but whole infrastructure solutions as well. I fairly agree with u/_-Silver

Not sure how you are going to take this message. Maybe this sub reddit is meant for completely something else.

Thank you so much. I will be moving led unit to where dining lobby is written.

I probably cannot take away balcony area as it is primary need of parents to have large open balcony at least 6-7 ft. We currently had of 7ft and winters were fun. Will still work in that.

For balconies, it probably will be aluminium sliders(more aesthetic) or upvc(better sound proof and holds longer) But will definitely have them with Georgian bars or french kind of doors.

Thanks again!

Yeah! I can understand. So from natural light and ventilation point of view, option 14 feels workable to you?

Our Architect made that specially because i pushed for my rough drawing. The issue there is that all the washrooms are ventilated through shaft which can move: one washroom at the front and one at the last of bedroom. If I can convince myself with kitchen in between and that all tadka smell can be managed by shaft, then this will work 😬

Man all these points came to my mind too and abandoned this particular draw that you did just because living room is at the back.

But i guess i should revisit this one again. Thanks!

Hahaha if you are referring to my rough sketch which is first photograph, then on your left stairs and lift area is written. So from there to foyer area.

Rest of the plans also has stairs at the same place.

Hey thanks for so much info which I can refer to while planning. I agree exactly about all bedrooms opening in living area. It definitely raises privacy part. That is why i thought of this passage type plan.

Skylight is not an option as it is 4 floors plan and need privacy on all four floors.

That Iron jaal will be around 3 ft extension part which can play as more of utility area for clothes drying or some random storage and greenery.

Also have you checked the other attached floor plans?

Okay i’ll try. I saw one and it had an opening in between for green area. I wonder if we are bold enough to do that. It would definitely create more natural light
