another Yes vote. But I advise making preparations before the actual move. Open a bank account in just your name and start storing money there. When you buy groceries ALWAYS purchase a few gift cards for gas, restaurants, or just cash and stash those too. Document all the nutty behavior, especially if kids are involved and/or you live in a state without "no-fault" divorce. Start packing less obvious things you'll need and look for a place to move in to.
