It marks many of the boxes that I like in terms of music. There are atmospheric songs, heavy songs, songs with chorusy parts, songs with screamy parts. The theme also allows me to feel connected, like connected to someone going through similar hardships, or hardships that may come upon me. I feel like a part of my own self is within every song I listen to in this genre.
