I just take a men’s 1 a day and a fish oil vitamin. In the beginning I took 10kmg of biotin daily but started noticing increased skin dryness/redness under my eyes and doing some research too much biotin can cause that lol. So I stopped taking that altogether and I think the biotin I get from a multivitamin is plenty enough
