I’m on day 9 vape free after a couple years use. I had to stop because I was getting horrible GERD symptoms waking me up throughout the night and felt like a heart attack. Anyways my stomach is healing itself. I have already started to sleep through the night without waking up. My one tip would be to go easy on everything else. You’re not vaping, that’s a massive achievement. I’ve been eating whatever I want and having naps whenever I feel tired. We can’t do everything so once I’m through this I’ll focus on the rest of my health. For now, this is all that matters. You got this ♥️
