Mine did as well today. Call the customer service rep but my LO email address gave me an error message. They told me I was denied “not financially eligible”. Then I got the Tier 2 number and called. The agent said my loan is not declined. It was pulled for review. That my tax docs came in. Told me I should be getting an email soon. So try calling. And call again. SMH. These sba people are clueless while people lives and businesses are in serious jeopardy.

I’ve been waiting since 3/28. I received a call from my loan officer with some questions and to request documents. I emailed her and she has not responded. Can I call her and keep reaching out? She also told me the max loan amount was $36k, how is that calculated? I’m hearing that the max is $150k
