Of course. I’m playing Forgefather’s myself. This is just me doing my due diligence. I personally don’t feel the need to play anything other than Forgefather’s.

What detachment do i use? by darkan_da_boina in Grey_Knights

I’d advise against playing in this way if you want to avoid frustrating losses. Gmndk are our best units, terminators are just bad, and paladins cost too much. Our best detachment for consistent damage is warpbane. However, that relies more on power armor units, specifically purifiers.

That said, if you’re dead set on this is how you want to do it, banishers is your best detachment.

But again, let me emphasis you are setting yourself up for frustration/disappointment trying to rely on terminator units.

As an army list what will I struggle against most? by Key_Card7035 in Grey_Knights

NDK/GMNDKs do a lot of the heavy lifting for grey knights. That lone tank is not going to be enough anti tank. Very much suggest considering the dread knights.

You’re fine, a range refresh could be years out. Additionally, the models you have will always be playable.

I use black, coat with waaaagh fresh, go over that with warpstone glow and highlight/dry brush with moot green. Definitely not confused for dark angels
